WeeCycle 2024 Colorado Gives Day Sweepstakes Official Rules
No donation or purchase is necessary- making a donation or purchase will not increase your chances of winning this sweepstakes.
How to enter the sweepstakes:
No donation or purchase is necessary. To enter the WeeCycle 2024 Colorado Gives Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), an entrant must do one of the following: 1) Make a donation to WeeCycle between 12:00am MST on December 3, 2024 and 11:59pm MST on December 10, 2024 at weecycle.org/coloradogives or 2) Click here and complete the online entry form.
Incomplete entries or entries submitted by other means will not be considered. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified. No mechanical reproductions of entries allowed.
WeeCycle has the sole responsibility for determining if an entry has been successfully submitted. Any entry that is not in compliance with these Official Rules, may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of WeeCycle. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility:
Participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 United State or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees and board members of WeeCycle and their respective immediate family and household members are not eligible.
Selection and Notification of Winner:
Two winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
The winners will be notified by WeeCycle by email and phone, as available. In the event the prize is refused or unclaimed for one week, a new name will be drawn and the winner contacted. The process will be repeated until the prize is accepted.
Prize Details:
One (1) roundtrip ticket on Southwest Airlines. Two winners will be selected. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
Prize Value: $400
Taxes:
All taxes (federal, state, local or otherwise) on the prize and all expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners may be required to complete a W-9, affidavit of eligibility, tax acknowledgement or other forms as may be necessary. If the proper forms are not completed and returned, the prize will be considered forfeited and will not be awarded.
Consent to Publicity:
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Winner consents to Sponsor’s use of the Winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or photograph in any publicity, publications, promotional and marketing material, advertising and any other print materials, web pages, electronic or other communications published or distributed by WeeCycle without compensation and without notice and agrees to sign an agreement to this effect.
Miscellaneous Conditions:
WeeCycle is not responsible for failures in technology such as but not limited to: technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Proof of e-mailing, mailing and/or submitting does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt.
WeeCycle shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerting this Sweepstakes and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these Official Rules are not followed. Entrants release WeeCycle and its employees, officers and agents from any liability, including personal injury or property damage, with respect or related to the receipt and/or use of the prize awarded.
Results of the drawing are final- there are no substitutions or exchanges or cash redemption allowed. The names of the winners and a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained from WeeCycle by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to WeeCycle, 20 S. Havana St Suite 210, Aurora, CO 80012. Requests must be received within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
