WeeCycle distributes used car seats and booster seats. Please note that a CPS Technician cannot certify or verify that a used car seat or booster seat is safe to use. The caregiver always makes the final decision as to whether to use a used car seat or booster seat. WeeCycle cannot and does not certify the car seat’s safety or condition and cannot decide for you if it is safe to use.

WEECYCLE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY, INCLUDING LEGAL RISKS, FOR THE CAREGIVER’S DECISION TO USE A USED CAR SEAT OR BOOSTER SEAT.

WEECYCLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES THAT RESULT FROM USE OF A USED CAR SEAT OR BOOSTER SEAT.

Before using any used car seat or booster seat, the caregiver should consider the following questions:

• Is the history of the car seat known?
• Does the car seat appear to be in good working order?
• Are the labels present?
• Is the car seat expired?
• If recalled, has the recall been corrected?
